Montanari MGC25ML is an Italian gearless permanent-magnet traction machine rated 530 / 630 Nm, with 3200 kg static load and a 250 kg compact frame for machine-room-less lifts.
Description
Montanari MGC25ML is a gearless permanent-magnet synchronous traction machine built in Modena, Italy. It delivers 530 / 630 Nm nominal torque at S5 - 40 / 35% ED with 240 starts per hour, a short-circuited torque of 600 Nm for safe emergency manoeuvres, 16 poles and a 7 m motor cable. The machine carries a maximum static load of 3200 kg and weighs 250 kg. A redundant RTW600 brake with two independent 600 Nm circuits is certified both against overspeed in the up direction and against uncontrolled car movement, and it is supplied with manual release levers. EnDat, SinCos, SSI and BiSS encoders are available, and other supply voltages can be provided on request. MGC25ML suits machine-room-less passenger lifts and modernization projects where a compact drive with high torque density is required. Final selection of traction sheave diameter, roping and rope configuration should follow the Montanari technical report for the specific shaft. Within Nazar Elevator complete lift packages, MGC25ML can be combined with cabins, automatic doors, control panels and safety components.
