Sicor SH140LS Geared Elevator Traction Machine
Sicor SH140LS is the long-shaft version of the SH140 for bottom-drive installations, rated up to 875 kg with speeds from 0,25 to 3,01 m/s and sheaves from 360 to 600 mm.
Description
Sicor SH140LS is a worm-gear traction machine built by Sicor Italy in Rovereto, Italy. It handles rated loads up to 875 kg with a synchronous speed range of 0,25 ... 3,01 m/s at 50 Hz and 0,31 ... 3,61 m/s at 60 Hz, and carries a maximum static load of 19,6 kN - 2000 kg. Gear ratios of 1/71; 1/59; 1/52; 1/45; 1/37; 2/71; 2/53; 3/47 are available. The machine weighs 280 kg and holds 3,6 l of oil. Traction sheaves of 360, 400, 450, 480, 520, 560, 600 mm can be supplied, each with a choice of groove counts and rope diameters. LS denotes the long-shaft bedplate version of the SH140, intended for bottom-drive installations with CSW wrapping. Note that its maximum static load is rated at 19,6 kN - 2000 kg, lower than the 32,4 kN - 3300 kg of the standard SH140. The gearbox is available right-hand or left-hand from the motor side. Final selection of sheave diameter, roping and rope configuration should follow the Sicor technical calculation for the specific shaft. Within Nazar Elevator complete lift packages, SH140LS can be combined with cabins, automatic doors, control panels and safety components.
