Hedefsan HD Max Integrated Lift Control Unit
HD Max puts the drive and the control board in one contactor-free body for machine room-less lifts: three power classes to 11 kW, up to 64 floors, CANbus and Ethernet, remote monitoring.
Description
HD Max is Hedefsan’s integrated control unit (INT series): the VVVF drive and the control board share a single body, with no contactor group between them. It is designed for machine room-less installations, where panel volume is the constraint.
What one body actually saves
Three purchases become one — no separate drive, no separate control board, no contactor group. Contactors are also the part of a conventional panel that wears: they switch motor current mechanically and are a recurring maintenance item. Removing them removes that maintenance. The unit ships in an EMC-shielded metal enclosure and supports up to 64 floors over CANbus and Ethernet, so it is not limited to small buildings.
Three power classes
INT55 at 5.5 kW, INT75 at 7.5 kW and INT11 at 11 kW. That ceiling is the honest limit of the product: above 11 kW the answer is a separate drive from the HD Driver range with a matching control board, not HD Max. Car communication is serial as standard and needs no extra board; a parallel board is available where the existing car wiring is being kept. Encoder feedback is incremental as standard, with a SinCos or EnDat board for gearless machines.
What is in the box, and remote monitoring
The terminal board, the car-top board and the pit board are supplied as standard rather than ordered separately; the parallel board and the encoder board are the two optional items. Remote monitoring and diagnostics run through the HD Max application, which is where a fault can be read before a technician is dispatched. Supply is 3 × 400 V AC, and the unit carries CE with EN 81-20 and EN 81-50. Nazar Elevator also supplies the comparable Arkel ARCODE and Aybey AE-MAESTRO integrated units.

Frequently Asked Questions
A classic panel is a drive, a control board and a contactor group wired together inside an enclosure. HD Max is one body with the drive and control board inside it and no contactors. Fewer parts to specify, fewer connections to make, and no contactor maintenance.
Up to 64, over CANbus and Ethernet communication.
11 kW. The range is INT55 at 5.5 kW, INT75 at 7.5 kW and INT11 at 11 kW. A heavier machine needs a separate drive from the HD Driver range with a matching control board.
Not for a new installation — serial car communication is standard and needs no extra board. The parallel board exists for modernisations where the existing car wiring is being kept.
Through the HD Max application, which provides remote monitoring and diagnostics. What is monitored in practice depends on the site connection and on what is agreed at order.
