Konel Revo Box Safe Off Integrated Lift Control Unit
Revo Box combines the lift motor drive and the control system in one unit: 32 floors on serial wiring, 16 on parallel, EnDat and SinCos support, cloud connection and mobile app setup.
Description
Revo Box is Konel’s Safe Off integrated lift control unit — product code KNL-150. The motor drive and the control system are one device rather than a drive wired to a separate controller, which is the difference against Konel’s own standalone Revo Drive.
Floors, and the wiring choice behind them
Revo Box serves 32 floors on serial installation and 16 on parallel installation. That distinction is the one to settle early: serial wiring reaches twice as far, but parallel exists because a modernisation often keeps the car and shaft wiring already in place. The unit measures 178 × 300 × 185 mm and weighs 6.5 kg.
Setup and remote access
Commissioning runs from the keypad or from a mobile application, and the unit connects to a cloud system that also delivers software updates. It works with synchronous and asynchronous machines and supports EnDat and SinCos encoders. Brake recovery is included, and rescue operation runs on five 60 V batteries. Konel states conformity with EN 81-20.
Against the other integrated units
Among the integrated units Nazar Elevator supplies, Revo Box sits at the compact end. Arkel ARCODE reaches 64 stops and 4 m/s, Aybey AE-MAESTRO also covers 64 stops, and Hedefsan HD Max reaches 64 floors with a contactor-free design. Revo Box answers a different question: 32 floors, a small body and cloud-connected commissioning. Konel manufactures in Karatay, Konya. Nazar Elevator supplies the unit as a component and inside complete traction elevator systems.
