Description
Revo Drive is Konel’s VVVF drive for lifts, built around a two-contactor panel design with the Safe Off (SO) function. It is a standalone drive: the controller stays separate, which is the difference against Konel’s own integrated Revo Box.
Seven codes, and why the table matters
The range runs from 4 kW (KNL-106) to 22 kW (KNL-108). Codes KNL-100 to KNL-103 and KNL-106 cover 4 to 15 kW in a 170 × 300 × 170 mm body at 6.5 kg; the 18 kW and 22 kW units (KNL-107 and KNL-108) step up to 220 × 310 × 170 mm and 9 kg. That the enclosure actually grows with power is worth noticing — it is a published table that behaves the way a real product range behaves, and it means panel space can be planned from the power class rather than guessed.
Drive and rescue
The unit works with synchronous and asynchronous machines, in open or closed loop, with EnDat and SinCos support provided through separate encoder cards. Konel specifies 7th generation Fuji IGBT semiconductors and a brake recovery feature, and rescue operation runs on five 60 V batteries. Setup is through an on-device menu.
