Mikrolift MLCOMBO-X Integrated Lift Control Device

MLCOMBO-X is Mikrolift’s integrated lift control device: the VVVF drive and the control system in one unit, without contactors. Mikrolift calls the result silent, which is the honest description — the noise a conventional panel makes at every start and stop is the contactors closing.

What is built in

The by-pass switch, the sub-panel output terminal board and the EMC filter are all internal. Each of those is a part that otherwise has to be bought, mounted and wired, and the by-pass switch in particular is a safety-circuit item an inspector will look for. All safety circuit signals are monitored by LED on the device, so a broken chain can be traced by eye before a meter comes out. The unit serves up to 32 floors and conforms to EN 81-20.

Cloud and commissioning

Parameters can be entered and the lift monitored from a mobile phone. Mikrolift stores faults, parameters, location and counters in its own cloud at no charge, and all lift movements can optionally be stored in the customer’s own cloud. Field updates run from an SD card. Motor identification and direct stop are included, and Mikrolift states minimal and simple parameters for commissioning.

Honest limits and where it sits

Mikrolift publishes no motor power table and no rated speed for MLCOMBO-X, and the dimension drawing does not label its axes clearly enough to quote, so we quote neither — confirm both against project data.
