Mikrolift MLDRIVER Vector Control Lift Inverter
MLDRIVER is Mikrolift’s vector control lift inverter in 5.5, 7.5 and 11 kW, with six isolated speed inputs, SD card firmware updates and battery or UPS rescue.
Description
MLDRIVER is Mikrolift’s vector control lift inverter — a standalone VVVF drive that pairs with a separate control board rather than containing one. Mikrolift builds it in Turkey and states it is EMC tested.
Three power classes, with the current stated
5.5 kW at 14 A, 7.5 kW at 18 A and 11 kW at 26 A, from a three-phase 380 V AC supply at 50/60 Hz. Maximum output current is twice the rated value for up to ten seconds. The control logic is fed separately at single-phase 220 V AC. Braking resistor sizing is published rather than left to the installer: 50 ohm / 1 kW for the 5.5 and 7.5 kW units, 40 ohm / 1 kW for the 11 kW unit, and a 30 A EMC filter suits all three.
Encoders and control
An incremental encoder input is built in for asynchronous machines; adding the MLENDAT card brings EnDat, BiSS and SinCos support for synchronous gearless machines. Control mode is selectable between closed and open loop, and nominal car speed is a parameter over 0.4 to 2.5 m/s. There are six isolated speed inputs — levelling, inspection low and high, two intermediate speeds and high speed — so the travel curve is set from the controller rather than inferred.
Service life on site
The interface is a 4 × 20 LCD with a six-button keypad, and firmware updates and parameter backup run from an SD card, which means a field update needs no laptop. Motor identification measures the machine rather than asking the installer to type values twice. Rescue runs on five 12 V batteries or a UPS. For the integrated alternative from the same maker see MLCOMBO-X; among standalone drives Nazar Elevator also supplies Arkel ADrive, Hedefsan HD Driver and Aybey AE-LIFT STO, and fits all of them inside complete traction elevator systems.

Frequently Asked Questions
Three: 5.5 kW at 14 A, 7.5 kW at 18 A and 11 kW at 26 A, from a three-phase 380 V supply.
Yes, with the MLENDAT card, which adds EnDat, BiSS and SinCos encoder support. The built-in incremental input covers asynchronous geared machines.
From an SD card, in the field. Parameters can also be backed up to the card and transferred to another unit.
Mikrolift publishes it: 50 ohm / 1 kW for the 5.5 and 7.5 kW units and 40 ohm / 1 kW for the 11 kW unit.
Rescue to the nearest floor runs on five 12 V batteries or on a UPS, driving the motor rather than releasing the brake by hand.
